In recognition of the tragic loss of our beloved KeMonte' Deshun Singleton who we affectionately called "Noc", we have established the Noc Foundation; a community based organization designed to shine a light on the unlawful treatment that minorities face daily. Our goal is to bring focus and resources to situations that deserve and demand equality and an equal opportunity for justice. We are committed to elevating transparency and consistency within the justice system for those that may not have the capacity to defend themselves and achieve an equitable outcome. All situations deserve a legal opportunity for justice.

We believe that providing these necessary resources will ensure equitable treatment and result in positive outcomes for these individuals. We believe that all people have earned and are deserving of the basic right.
